These vanilla beans can contain minor cuts,splits and other imperfections of natural processing. Depending on the time of the year and current harvests vanilla beans can range from very dry or moist vanilla beans to smaller vanilla beans and are not gourmet vanilla beans. The extraction grade vanilla beans come from the same farms we get our grade A Vanilla from but do not meet the Grade A standard for vanilla beans or our company standard for gourmet vanilla.
